1. Wash your hands — Always start with clean hands before handling your cup.
2. Fold the cup — Use the C-fold or punch-down fold to make insertion easier.
3. Insert gently — Relax your muscles and insert the folded cup into the vaginal canal, angled toward your tailbone.
4. Let it open — Once inserted, rotate the cup slightly to ensure it opens fully and creates a seal.
5. Wear for up to 12 hours — Empty based on your flow — lighter days may need less frequent changes.
6. Remove carefully — Pinch the base of the cup to break the seal, then gently pull it out.
7. Empty, rinse & reinsert — Rinse with water and reinsert. At the end of your cycle, sterilise in boiling water for 5 minutes.
